Karan came to Canada in 2014, as a student, and completed studies in Business Management, while living in Toronto.

After completing his studies, Karan worked for the next 3 years in the financial sector as a personal banker. The decision to enter a career in finance was  natural progression. With the valuable experience he had gained in his workplace, and beginning to build a wealth portfolio in investment and residential rehabilitation properties, Karan decided to apply his passion for real estate and valuable insights to assist others to realize their real estate goals.

Settling in Winnipeg within the last year, Karan has come to appreciate all that this wonderful city has to offer.  From a diverse cultural experience, proximity to lakes and beautiful parks, and affordable housing, this city is a great place to call home and to build a future.
